Wheat
|
4.4% ABV, 27 IBU. Pale, smooth, and light-bodied, the
Wheat Beer is brewed from premium malted wheat and light barley malts, utilizing
top-fermenting ale yeast. This unfiltered ale is finished with the
characteristically spicy Strissel Spalt hops from the Alsace region of
France.
|
|
Herbed foccacia bread topped with
garlic olive oil & fresh
parmesan.
This
light-bodied wheat beer harmonizes with the wheat in the bread and
doesn’t overpower
this
simple, classic dish.

Pale Ale
|
5.6% ABV, 37 IBU. A Gold Medal winner many times over at
the Great American Beer Festival.
Generous quantities of premium Cascade hops give the Pale Ale its
fragrant bouquet and spicy flavor.
|
|
Nawlins’ style andouille
sausage gumbo.
The
assertive hop flavor of an IPA goes
especially
well with spicy cuisine.

Celebration Ale
|
6.8% ABV, 62 IBU. Brewed especially for the holidays,
Celebration Ale is robust and rich.
A lively combination of citrus and hops.
|
|
Gnocchi sauteed in a fresh
sage cream sauce.
The
intense aromas and flavors of the Celebration Ale hold up well to this
earthy, rich dish.

Brown Ale
|
A traditional brown ale brewed
with a blend of roasted and caramelized malts as well as the renowned British
aromatic Goldings hops. This beer
can only be found on draft.
|
|
Roasted butternut squash
sprinkled with candied pecans.
An
earthy favorite with a sweet crunch.

Porter
|
5.6% ABV, 40 IBU. The Porter is a medium-bodied ale with
a creamy head. Its smooth flavor comes from a blend of malts: two-row
pale, Munich, Chocolate and Caramel.
|
|
Marinated & grilled steak,
thinly
sliced & served over roasted
portabello mushrooms.
Porters
are traditionally paired with steak
and
stand up equally well to the rich
smokiness
of a roasted portabello.

Stout
|
5.8% ABV, 60 IBU. Caramel and
Black malts give the Stout its deep, dark color, and pronounced roasted
flavor. Notice the balance
between sweetness and bitterness.
|
|
Smoked scallops over a roasted
red pepper puree.
Historically
served with oysters, we’ve paired it this time with another of our
favorite mollusks.

Bigfoot Ale
|
9.6% ABV, 90 IBU. Another multiple award winner, this is
a great example of the traditional barleywine ale style. With its dense,
fruity bouquet and intense palate, this ale is superbly balanced between
an almost overpowering maltiness and a wonderfully bittersweet hoppiness.
|
|
House made chocolate mousse
“martini” served with fresh
berries.
If
you’ve never had beer with chocolate, now’s the time to try it with this
great sipping beer.
